Amir Adler is an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Braude College of Engineering, and a visiting scientist at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at MIT. He was a post-doctoral associate at the laboratory of Prof. Tomaso Poggio at the Center for Brains, Minds, and Machines (CBMM) at MIT, where his research was focused in deep learning and signal processing. He served as the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Communications, Israel, and was Chief Technology Officer of the Wi-Fi division at NextWave Wireless Inc. (acquired by AT&T). His current research interests are deep learning, signal processing and inverse problems. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, an M.Eng (Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering, and a B.Sc (Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering, all from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
