We present a novel solution to the  localization of multiple sources by a passive sensor array, based on  the total-least-squares (TLS) criterion, which is aimed at coping with the critical problem of model errors.  Simulation results, demonstrating the performance  superiority  over the deterministic maximum likelihood (DML) solution, especially in the case of highly correlated sources, are included.
